Each year, the Triangle Parade of Homes offers a glimpse inside the newest homes to hit the market, providing an opportunity to explore the latest trends in design, architecture and craftsmanship. Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh – Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, the event allows builders to connect with the greater community and gives both buyers and home enthusiasts opportunities to explore different floorplans, find inspiration and envision the possibilities for their next home. This year, more than 200 entries from more than 100 builders were featured, representing the best in new construction and what is shaping the industry across the Triangle.

Among the many builders showcased, the Raleigh Division of Tri Pointe Homes® stood out for its models and approach to modern design. The division won four awards from the Home Builders Association of Raleigh – Wake County, including Gold for the Sandy Lane model at Altis at Serenity, Gold for the Wilson model at the Townes at NoVi, Silver for the Holden model at Twinleaf Townes – a Bobby Berk-designed community, and Bronze for Poplar Ridge at Altis at Serenity.

The Raleigh Division of Tri Pointe Homes also won top honors from the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties, including Gold for the Wilson model at the Townes at NoVi, Gold for the Piper Model at Twinleaf Townes, and Silver for the Holden model at Twinleaf Townes.

Beyond the awards, what truly sets Tri Pointe Homes apart is its commitment to creating spaces that blend innovation, thoughtful design and livability. The winners in this year’s Parade of Homes showcase this philosophy and demonstrate how modern design can be both beautiful and functional. Building on the design inspiration seen in the Parade of Homes, homebuyers also have the opportunity to work with the Tri Pointe Homes Design Studio, making selections and customizations that fit their unique lifestyles and tastes.

Another element that distinguishes Tri Pointe Homes from other builders in the Triangle is its exclusive collaboration with celebrity interior design expert, author and Emmy award-winning TV host, Bobby Berk. Berk’s personally curated designs are on display in the Twinleaf Townes community, where two models were selected as Parade of Homes winners.

Parade of Homes eventgoers also got a firsthand look at Tri Pointe Homes’ advanced smart home and sustainable features included in theLivingSmart® program. As a leader in green building, each Tri Pointe Homes community integrates energy-saving systems, materials and equipment. Not only do these features improve air quality and conserve natural resources, but they also incorporate smart home technology.
