Tri Pointe Homes Charlotte Named Builder of the Year
The Charlotte division of Tri Pointe Homes is recognized as the Builder of the Year, and it’s about more than building homes.
The 2025 Major Achievement in Market Excellence or MAME Awards celebrated builders and land developers in the Charlotte Region for their exemplary successes in 2024. The Charlotte Division of Tri Pointe Homes® is proud to have received numerous awards at the 2025 MAME ceremony, including Builder of the Year, Best Design Center and Townhome Community of the Year.
Being awarded Builder of the Year is about more than building and selling homes. Though we take pride in knowing our homeowners receive top-of-the-line treatment from their first visit to a year after they close on their home. We are proud to have a customer move-in satisfaction score over 90%. All while opening 11 new communities in 2025 and selling out of five communities and closing 476 homes in 2024. Upcoming communities in 2025 include Millstone in Cramerton, Ross Farms and Ascend in Ballantyne, and Southbridge in Fort Mill. Each a unique and equally exciting submarket of the greater Charlotte area.
