Tri Pointe Homes Austin Celebrates 8 Wins at 2025 MAX Awards
Tri Pointe Homes Austin recently celebrated a big night at the 2025 MAX Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin. Our team proudly earned eight awards for excellence in homebuilding, covering everything from customer service and design to innovation and sales. The highlight? Winning the Grand MAX Award for Volume Builder of the Year, one of the night’s top honors.
Held at the Austin Marriott Downtown with over 400 people in attendance, the MAX Awards shine a spotlight on the top builders, communities, and professionals shaping the future of Central Texas housing. For Tri Pointe Homes Austin, the night was a milestone — and a reflection of our growing success in this vibrant market.

Connie Dugan, Design Center Associate of the Year, brought in the highest design option revenue, averaging $63,000 per home
Jenn Hickman & Kristin Butler, Online Sales Professionals of the Year, helped drive 64% of closings in 2024
Jacob Dunford, Onsite Sales Consultant of the Year, sold 41 homes and closed 44 with glowing customer feedback
Paloma Pressley, Warranty Service Professional of the Year, earned praise from homeowners for her care, professionalism, and follow-through
Awards for Design and Innovation
We also took home awards for our homes and spaces. The Linden Plan won Best Product Design Award for its open-concept layout, soaring ceilings, and flexible floorplan. Our 4,000-square-foot Design Studio was named Best Off-Site Design Center for delivering an inspiring, hands-on experience for homebuyers.
