A LivingSmart home helps provide a foundation for better living. Each of our new homes include Earth-friendly features, including energy-saving systems, water-saving appliances, and equipment that help improve indoor air quality.

Our dedication to green building began more than 20 years ago, and our commitment to help improve the quality of our homeowners’ lives continues to this day. The legacy we leave as a homebuilder is not only in the communities and homes we design, but in the way we use technologies and features that help support the legacy we’ll all leave on this amazing planet. As technologies advance and new materials are introduced, we’re constantly looking for ways to take our programs to the next level for optimized living. Our LivingSmart program is an example of this. Consistently evaluated and updated based on homeowner feedback, this innovative program helps with cost-savings and provides a better living environment for those who reside in our homes.

At Tri Pointe Homes©, our ongoing commitment to evolve our LivingSmart® program includes research efforts to assess trending consumer demands.
