An Exclusive Look at Washington’s Newest Communities

Tri Pointe Homes – Washington is in the midst of opening five brand new communities in the beautiful Puget Sound region. We’re excited to bring home shoppers along with us through the eyes of our new community “host,” Taryn Whiteaker.

Taryn has appeared as a guest on The Rachael Ray Show, and her work has been published in Better Homes & Gardens, People.com, Elle Decor, InStyle and more.

As a Northwest design expert and avid DIYer, Taryn will share a behind-the-scenes look at each new community, from architectural elements to the finishes and features that make each home design pop.

Taryn recently visited our Design Studio and Poulsbo Meadows community in Poulsbo, Washington, conveniently tucked between the splendor of the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges. On her blog, she’s giving a tour of the community and showing how home shoppers can mix metals and finishes in their new home using three distinct styles – coastal farmhouse, contemporary, and mid-century modern.

Taryn toured four more highly desirable communities in Newcastle, Edmonds, Lynwood, and Port Orchard. These new releases feature a diverse selection of floorplans that cater to every lifestyle - from low-maintenance townhomes to spacious single-family homes with 4 to 7 bedrooms and over 4,000 square feet.
